Kat is a freshman at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County majoring in Emergency Health Services, and hopes to become a paramedic if she grows up. She has been dancing for 16 years, and also enjoys Shakespeare, running, crochet, and color guard. She marched 4 years with her high school marching band with one season of winterguard, as well as marching with Act 1 for all 3 seasons (06, 07, 08), the 2008 Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, and of course, currently, Declaration in 2009.
